March 3. 2024- UrbanLoop was featured on the March 2 edition of Parigo, a France 3 program that covers transport in the Paris region. There is an overview of the project, a reminiscence on the Aramis PRT program in the 1980s, and interviews with founder Jean-Philippe Mangeot and CEO Noemie Bercoff. Feb. 29. 2024- The Daily Athenaeum at West Virginia University reported the PRT was evacuated following an unspecified mechanical failure between Beechurst and Engineering stations. The incident occurred Feb. 28 at 9:30 a.m. and lasted 5 hours, during which buses provided service. A video shows 4 vehicles stopped on the guideway, passengers on foot being guided to an exit.

Jan. 19, 2024- The French PRT company has named Noemie Bercoff as its new general director (CEO). Bercoff is a sustainable transport and mobility expert who comes from the engineering consultancy Egis, where she served for 18 years. Many of UrbanLoop's management, commercial, marketing, and research functions are moving from Nancy to Lyon, where Bercoff is based.

Jan. 13, 2024- Brief Railway Gazette item: testing of the 2 km UrbanLoop system at Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines has commenced; system operator will be the multinational transit operations company Keolis; a contract has been signed for the Nancy project.
